Dear Members of the Board of Directors,

This letter aims to propose absentee coordination for the introduction of new forms of sectoral policy management within the framework of the Bulgarian Association of the Atomic Industry (BAAI).

In connection with our continuous pursuit of economic development and resource optimization, I propose the delegation of authority to experts in the following key areas:

Non-banking financial sector : Focusing efforts on providing non-banking financing to support association members in their ventures. This includes developing partnerships with financial institutions that offer alternative financial solutions and instruments.
Innovations and European programs : Active research and implementation of innovation projects compatible with European programs and standards. Preparation of project proposals, project management and monitoring for compliance with European regulations and requirements.
Nuclear Energy: Strengthening the association’s positions in the field of nuclear energy through strategic planning and participation in national and international initiatives. Attracting expertise and investments for the development of the sector.
Market procedures: Improving interaction with companies and governmental and non-governmental organizations to protect the interests of members and assert their rights through legal initiatives in an environment of searching for and attracting partners for joint activities .

To ensure the successful implementation of these sectoral policies, I propose the creation of working groups with specialized responsibilities and the assignment of specific tasks to external experts . These working groups will be engaged in the development of strategic plans, project management and coordination of activities within the individual sectors.

Additionally, I propose the introduction of a monitoring system that would allow for regular reporting on the progress and effectiveness of the measures implemented. This would contribute to greater transparency and allow all stakeholders to follow the development of the initiatives.

I am confident that the proposed measures will contribute to achieving the strategic goals of BAAI and will strengthen our position in the economic sector.
