Graforce – plasmolysis technology for hydrogen production without CO₂ emissions

Graforce implements innovative plasmolysis technology Turquoise-H₂, in which methane is decomposed only with electrical energy, without water electrolysis. Hydrogen and solid carbon are obtained with zero CO₂ emissions. BAAI and Graforce signed a Memorandum of Understanding for joint activities with pilot projects in the Shumen Gas Hub, the Maritsa Energy Basin and municipalities with waste fuel.
ReSoLine Slag – a line for the processing of ferrochrome slags

The scientific and production association “ERGA” offers for Bulgaria and partners of BAAI a ReSoLine Slag complex with a productivity of 150 t/h for extraction of metal fractions from slag waste. The line provides up to 95% recovery of valuable components and reduces environmental costs of metallurgical enterprises. BAAI coordinates the possibilities for implementation in industrial zones and port complexes.
Orgenergostroy – system for regeneration of ion exchange resins in liquid purification

In partnership with JSC “Institute Orgenergostroy”, the implementation of a system for the regeneration of ion exchange resins (IOR) for water treatment plants and nuclear facilities is being prepared. The solution allows for the decontamination and reuse of resins, reducing the amount of waste and the costs of their disposal.
Cooperation BAAI – Institute of Robotics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences

A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between the BAAI and the Institute of Robotics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences for the development of AI-based access control systems, autonomous platforms and industrial automation. Joint laboratories, pilot demonstrations and project proposals under the Horizon Europe and Digital Europe programs are planned.
Modular villa complexes with Chinese partners

BAAI is preparing a framework agreement for joint activities between Bulgarian investors and Chinese manufacturers of modular houses and villas (PTH, CBOX, K-Home). The goal is to build holiday and eco-villages in forest and coastal areas with quick assembly and high energy efficiency. The model provides for SPV partnerships and the possibility of leasing financing.
Smart Eco Water 2025 – innovative solutions for clean water

BAAI presents a new generation of modular Smart Eco Water systems for water purification and desalination with a capacity of up to 100 m³/day. The devices operate without chemical reagents and can be powered by solar or wind sources, making them suitable for remote municipalities and crisis zones.
Comprehensive solutions for waste and energy efficiency

BAAI and partner companies are developing technological lines for mechanical and thermal waste recovery – shredding, sorting, pyrolysis and gasification with energy recovery. The projects include centralized SCADA control and the possibility of integration with cogeneration facilities.
Photovoltaic and hybrid systems for municipalities

BAAI offers integrated solutions for photovoltaic power plants and energy storage systems, including design, construction and subsequent operation. They are aimed at municipalities and industrial partners to reduce energy costs and emissions.
