TECHNOGYPSY – Industrial material for road construction

“TECHNOGIPS®” is an innovative construction material based on hemihydrate calcium sulfate (CaSO₄·0.5H₂O), developed for the construction and repair of roads on wet and weak soils. The material replaces sand and gravel, shortens construction times and reduces costs by up to 40%. BAAI participates in the preparation of projects for testing in Bulgaria and the region.
BIOENGINEERING – Hydrogel and biopolymer technologies for agriculture

In partnership with the International Research Institute of Bioengineering, BAAI is working on the implementation of new moisture-retaining polymer materials (Terragel, Soil Conditioner) and biopolymer coatings. They improve water retention in the soil, reduce the need for irrigation by 50–60%, and support the restoration of degraded lands and pastures.
Terragel – Nanostructured hydrogel for agriculture

“Terragel” is a water-retaining soil improver that stores up to 600 ml of water per gram of material and gradually releases it to the roots of plants. The product is biodegradable, safe for soils and humans, and increases yields by up to 30%. BAAI is coordinating trials of the technology in agricultural farms in Bulgaria.
Soil conditioner for arid and semi-arid areas

An innovative soil conditioner has been developed for arid and semi-arid regions. The material improves the water balance of the soil and prevents salinization, remaining stable at temperatures up to +50°C. It is applicable in reclamation, agriculture and urban landscaping.
Ecological sorbent for oil pollution

A new type of sorbent for collecting oil and oil products has been created, intended for emergency cleaning of water and soil surfaces. The material is completely environmentally friendly, has a sorption capacity of up to 20 g/g and a purification efficiency of 99.9%. Suitable for industrial, port and environmental sites.

VL GROUP is a partner of BAAI in the field of energy facility maintenance. The company provides professional cleaning of solar parks, facades and business buildings with deionized water and titanium dioxide nanocoatings, which increase the efficiency of solar panels by up to 20%.

The Italian company REBAIOLI SpA, a partner of BAAI, is a leader in the construction of electricity transmission and telecommunication networks, photovoltaic and wind systems. The association coordinates the opportunities for joint projects in Bulgaria in the field of power lines, substations and renewable energy.
