AI & Digital Twin Security – collaboration with Tritem

BAAI and the European company Tritem are developing a new direction in the field of AI-based simulations and digital twins for energy and industry. The project includes the integration of cybersecurity and real-time virtual testing systems. BAAI experts are participating in the development of a standardized security environment (IEC 62443, NIST IR 8356), which provides protection of virtual models and automated anomaly monitoring.

AI for cybersecurity and infrastructure protection

BAAI is preparing a partnership project with UFD-IS, aimed at implementing AI algorithms for analysis and monitoring of strategic sites – nuclear power plants, military bases and railway infrastructure. The systems will combine video analysis, automatic identification, sensor networks and predictive diagnostics, with the goal of building a unified national network for intelligent control and security.

Camplight – a software cooperative for AI transformation and training

The Camplight technology cooperative and BAAI are jointly creating an “AI & Software Solutions” division aimed at digital transformation of industrial and energy enterprises. The projects include: development of AI systems for monitoring and optimizing energy consumption; EdTech platforms for training and qualification; implementation of interactive solutions for cybersecurity and threat response.

AI Monitoring & Predictive Analytics for Energy Systems

A pilot project for AI-based energy monitoring is being prepared, using machine learning to predict loads and anomalies in power systems. The software will integrate data from SCADA and IoT networks, providing early warning of failures and optimization of consumption. BAAI is coordinating projects for implementation in municipalities and industrial enterprises.

AI-driven Automation & Robotics Hub at IR-BAS

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between BAAI and the Institute of Robotics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, an integrated hub for artificial intelligence and robotics is being created. The center will develop autonomous access control systems, industrial manipulators and AI security algorithms. Joint participation in projects under the Horizon Europe and Digital Europe programs, as well as demonstration test laboratories in a real industrial environment, is planned.

AI Education & Human-in-the-Loop Systems

BAAI has launched an initiative for AI training and implementation of systems with human supervision (Human-in-the-Loop). The program aims to develop ethical artificial intelligence in critical sectors – energy, safety and healthcare. Training modules and simulation environments will be built, developed in collaboration with universities and technology companies.
